Spinach Blueberry Salad w/ smoked wild salmon & honey whiskey viniagrette

Grilled peach salad w/ baby greens, toasted goat cheese & lavender honey vinaigrette

24k Neo Pizza w/ white wine sauce, fresh herbs, procuitto, fresh mozzerala, roma and White truffle oil. (brick oven)

Sushi Canape- cucumber sliced topped with pepper crusted tuna, seaweed salad, pickled ginger caviar, soy sauce caviar finished w/ sesame oil

When in France Sushi Roll: (Lobster, filet mignon, Lobster buerre blanc aioli, shaved parmesan, White Truffle oil and fresh dill)

Choose (NY Strip or Lamb Chops) Char broiled w/ rosemary blackberry merlot reduction.
Herb Sweet potato and Aspargus ***additional $30 upgrade request to 24k golden Tomahawk Steak​

Pan seared Scallops with butternut squash rissoto, swiss chard & bacon

Lobster ravioli pasta in a sun dried tomato buerre blanc sauce w/ argula, parmesan & touch of cream

Shrimp and Grits went to France: Grits slowing cooked with stock and pinot grigio, garlic and thyme. Shrimp grilled shell on then finished in herb butter sauce topped with chives.
